WHIPPED RICOTTA CROSTINI
Whipped Ricotta is a staple in our refrigerator (once whipped, it can even be kept in the fridge for about 3 days!). It’s great for a sweet or savory savory tooth, and I often add a dollop to a salad, enjoy with morning toast, or (in this case) on these delicious crostini!
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz whole milk ricotta
High quality Olive Oil
Pinch of kosher salt
DIRECTIONS:
Using a blender or food processor, add your ricotta and blend until mostly smooth.
Add a pinch of salt.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Blend to desired consistency (I like mine smooth with a little texture!).
Spread the whipped ricotta on each tiny slice.
Generously drizzle the hot honey.
Enjoy!

1/4 cup olive oil
3 tsp madras curry powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to your food processor.
