Blueberry Cheesecake Ninja Creami
Ingredients
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1 serving vanilla protein powder
Dash of sea salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
Mix in: handful of sweet thins
Topping: crushed sweet thins and blueberries
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Freeze overnight
Mix in a handful of sweet thins, top with blueberries and enjoy!
Dairy Free Version
1/2 cup cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours or overnight)
1/4 cup coconut cream (for richness and a creamy texture)
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1 serving vegan vanilla protein powder
Dash of sea salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
