Blueberry Cheesecake Ninja Creami

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

  • Dash of sea salt

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • Mix in: handful of sweet thins

  • Topping: crushed sweet thins and blueberries

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  2. Freeze overnight

  3. Mix in a handful of sweet thins, top with blueberries and enjoy!

Dairy Free Version

1/2 cup cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours or overnight)
1/4 cup coconut cream (for richness and a creamy texture)
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1 serving vegan vanilla protein powder
Dash of sea salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
