Top 3 Tools That Changed My Grilling Game This Summer
When I think of summer nights, it somehow always involves a crisp, cold cocktail, fresh summer veggies, and a simply grilled main dish. I have spent countless hours pouring over all the tips and tricks for mastering the grill. And this summer I put it all to the test! This resulted in countless meals that were filled with flavor and kept everyone coming back for more!
There are so many incredible resources for learning to master the grill. And depending on whether you are cooking with gas, charcoal, or using a smoker, your approach will vary. We have a gas grill and a Big Green Egg and I was adamant about using both of them this summer. But despite the different ways I approach each grill, there were three tools that I found to be essential!
THERMOPRO DIGITAL THERMOMETER
If I were to rank these tools, this thermometer is without a doubt the most important one. I use it constantly even when I'm not grilling! I found that looks can be deceiving and this tool gave me the peace of mind knowing that my steak and chicken were perfectly cooked every time. I even use it when I’m making the girls’ favorite air fried chicken! This simple, inexpensive tool is now a favorite ‘go to’ for housewarming gifts. I promise its a game changer!
WOODEN CUTTING BOARD
My Boos Cutting board is my kitchen bff. I have a large one always sitting on my kitchen counter and this summer I invested in one that has a groove for all the tender juicy meat we were enjoying. It sits beside my grill and makes for a great work station that transitions into the perfect place to rest your meats
GRILL RESCUE REPLACEABLE BBQ SCRAPER
This tool is a must have in my opinion. It makes cleaning your grill so simple and effortless. All you do is heat up the grill, soak the brush in water, and gently wipe your grill clean! The brush is replaceable, and it’s also dishwasher safe!
I promise if you add these to your arsenal you will take your grilling game to the nest level! Here’s to enjoying the last few weeks of summer and peak grilling season!
