Strawberry Limoncello Spritz Cocktail

You guys, this Strawberry Limoncello Spritz Cocktail recipe from Melissa Santell is incredible! It’s so refreshing and couldn’t be more perfect for the summertime!

The Recipe:

1 tablespoon strawberry puree 

2 oz Limoncello 

3 oz prosecco 

Top with sparkling water Lemon wheel, fresh strawberry + thyme sprig to garnish 

Directions:

Spoon strawberry puree into the bottom of a wine glass.

Top with crushed ice, limoncello and prosecco.

Finish with a splash of sparkling water. 

Garnish with a lemon wheel, strawberry and thyme sprig. 

Sip in the sunshine.
