Berry Bunny Smoothie Bowl

Mornings are always the busiest time in the day at our house...ESPECIALLY on schools days. So any recipe that is quick, nutritious, and passes the ‘kid test’ immediately becomes a favorite.

I love this smoothie bowl because you can use any fruit you have on hand and the greek yogurt and chia seeds give it a great dose of nutrition. I got a little festive with cute bunny shaped banana for the topping, but feel free to make it your own!

Berry ‘Bunny’ Banana Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2

ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 c Grass-fed Milk

  • Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup Frozen Fruit of your choice

  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit of your choice (save some for garnish!)

directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients.

  2. Top with your favorite granola, honey, fruit...Enjoy!
