My Yoga Favorites

I love this yoga mat. It’s super lightweight but still has a nice grip! So easy to pop in my luggage for some in-room yoga when I’m traveling!

I’m obsessed with this gym bag. I keep it stocked and in my car. I’m obsessed with hot yoga and will always try to find some time to squeeze in a class. But it leaves me drenched! This bag has a compartment for sweaty clothes and bottom strap for my yoga mat.

Alo really does know what they are doing when it comes to yoga. These soft and stretchy high-waisted leggings are a mainstay in my world. They look polished enough to wear when I’m running around all day, but still have all the high performance needs I have for any fitness activity. I pop these on and I have no excuse to not sneak in a class!

Another favorite is this comfy sports bra from Alo. It looks great, comes in the best colors, and has such a pretty back strap!

Another must-have brand of leggings are from Beyond Yoga. I always gets comments on how cute my tush looks in them, so naturally I have bought every color and style! My favorites are the high-waisted!
